Since 1996, Yi Xuan has cultivated a style of its own among Beijing’s dumpling restaurants. The restaurant has won reputable national culinary acclaims including “Beijing’s Best Dumpling” in 2015 by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and received national approval as one of the “Four-Diamond Restaurant” in Beijing.
