Timeline
Yi Xuan uses trademarked recipes and authentic ingredients to makes fresh and juicy dumplings for all dumpling lovers. In 1994, “Dumpling King of the East” began his journey in Shenyang. In 1996, Yi Xuan moved from Shenyang to Beijing to create its first restaurant in Dongsanhuan, near the Yansha Plaza. In 1999, Yi Xuan set up Yi Xuan Chinese Dumpling Restaurant Co., Ltd. in Wangjing In 2001, Yi Xuan opened the Yi Xuan Guangshun Nan Jie Branch, which has been in business since May 18, 2002. Yi Xuan opened the Yi Xuan Beixiaohe Branch, Lidu Branch, and Yuanyang Branch, in 2011, 2012 and 2014 respectively.In the past two decades, Yi Xuan has opened four restaurants. Its success can be attributed to its unwavering devotion for consistency, rather than speed, to ensure the quality of the dumplings.
